Alfred Wingate 8fae4a65fe cmake: set SPNG_LIBRARY for pkgconfig as well ...

Pkgconfig will set SPNG_LIBRARIES but not SPNG_LIBRARY, this is an issue
as modules/imgcodecs/CmakeLists.txt uses SPNG_LIBRARY.
