docs: fix spelling errors in code and comments

- Fixed 'suported' -> 'supported' in imgproc.hpp
- Fixed 'constane/constans' -> 'constant/constants' in onevpl utils
- Fixed 'pushconstance' -> 'pushconstant' in op_matmul.cpp
- Fixed 'bufer' -> 'buffer' in test_imgwarp.cpp
- Fixed 'Framebuffrer' -> 'Framebuffer' in window_framebuffer
- Fixed 'readComplexPropery' -> 'readComplexProperty' in cap_msmf.cpp
- Fixed 'behavoir' -> 'behavior' in test_exr.impl.hpp
- Fixed 'previos' -> 'previous' in qrcode_encoder.cpp
